After a crit I decided I wanted to try something different, so I started cutting around a design. The two difficult aspects of this is cutting so it doesn't fall apart, and it is even more time consuming than drawing the patterns. However I'd like to continue with this possibly using fabric. The first image is the sheet of paper underneath the actual piece, and again I might try and use this as I like the fragility of it.
